The China Import and Export Fair, commonly known as the Canton Fair, is China’s largest and most influential trade event, held twice a year in Guangzhou since its establishment in 1957. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC and the Guangdong Provincial Government, and organized by the China Foreign Trade Centre, it serves as a key platform for international trade cooperation. Day Wise Itinerary
Arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our local representative at the arrival hall. Proceed to board a cross-border coach for your onward journey to Shenzhen.
At the Hong Kong–Shenzhen border, immigration formalities will be completed using the 144-hour transit visa or pre-arranged group visa. Immigration procedures typically take 45–60 minutes, subject to border conditions and queue time.
After clearing immigration, continue the journey by private vehicle from Shenzhen to Guangzhou, approximately 2 hours via express highway.
Evening
Upon arrival in Guangzhou, check in to your hotel. Standard check-in time is between 14:00 and 15:00 (early check-in subject to availability).
This will be followed by dinner at an Indian or selected local restaurant between 19:30 and 21:00. Overnight stay in Guangzhou.
